SUPRO Shares its budget views with media on a Press Conference


img_1.jpgSUPRO wants budget pro-poor, decentralize and participatory. To ensure people participation, budget process must be reformed. Government must take initiative for district budget implementation. VAT should be reduced and direct tax should be extended progressively. Black money should be stop.
Speakers from SUPRO urged on the above mention issues and expected those to be considered on national budget in a press meet today (4/6/12) at Conference Lounge of National Press Club.

General Secretary of SUPRO M A Quader welcomed and moderated the session. He also answered the questions raised by journalist.  SUPRO Coordinator Mousumi Biswas presented the written speech for the journalist. Another Coordinator Kazi Shafiqur Rahman answered the journalist from different newsprint and electronic media. SUPRO National Council Member Mustafizur Rahman and M A Salam and Executive Board Member KGM Faruk also gave their speech over journalists queries.
