Connecting Girls, Inspiring Future
Half of the world population is woman and it is not possible to reach towards inclusive development without all-round participation of women, and today’s young girls are future women and with this view the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day has been chosen as ‘Connecting Girls, Inspiring Future’. SUPRO being a rights based organization showed full solidarity with the theme and organized a Human Rally, Signing Campaign and Street Drama to observe the International Women Day on March 8, 2012 in front of National Museum, Dhaka.
SUPRO National Convention 2011 was held on December 31, 2011 at LGED-RDEC Hall Room at LGED Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka where representatives from networking members of SUPRO, prominent civil society representatives and representatives from different media were present.
